Well, their special contract with bonuse for special operarion is with clauses.
They simply should continue to serve till end of small special operation. Otherwise prison.
I don't think that they even can repay bonuses ...usually these are spend quickly.

So most likely if they are fit for service, then FSB/KGB etc are doing some filtration and so on...
If these consider guy as not dangerous for rus military....then ofc pragmatic choice is to sent them back ....to continue special operation....

Guys often are living in propaganda bubble and even doesn't have life experience...
For example of salary offered for such job x or y , then it is for reason higher than not long time ago....FOR a reason because bosses aren't santa claus.

Like private civilian businesses are increasing salaries offered for a reason...and thinking, calcualting a lot....if they are forced by obstacles , then are offerening more...
Private businesses are offering sign up bonuses and relocation assistance ...if they are forced by situation they have, not cos charity...
And are angry if such employee will leave soon after get hired..
Ofc with salary contracted they can't do muchm...while hiring bonuses are usually formed as some assistance, grants etc with clauses. Then at least social tax % income from employer might not get paid...cheaper..and cos these aren't salary ...might be bonus pay back clause ...if employee will left job cos something doesn't likes etc...

for exmple of employee get x " bonus " and will decide leave company earlier than 12 months after get hired etc...

They have a manpower shortage but at same time Putler is killing his own people at record rate before Trump get's into office.

Actually before checen wars so called russian population in checnya was considerably more than it is now. checens are milking federal budget for infrastructure etc with a glance.
They are allowed to have businesses and shares in companies, for example in Moscow etc. From gang type speculants from 1990 ies they had turned into " businessmans " and " investors "...more than just this, some from them are in this united russia party, sitting in Duma and getting salaries from federal budget..
However majority of imperialistic nationalists prefer to ignore this....

They now mainly aren't stuff from 1990 ies era.
Now gadgets, western jeeps etc , comfort and fun is prestigious for them.

Ofc due to close location to frontline fortifications was useless to build , however looks that ukr even didn't had installed enough mines...
This means that if will get order to dig in, russians easily and quickly will be able to do this...
