International Russia/Ukraine Megathread V15

So another case of FF
C'mon, there is no way they're targeting what should be a more than obvious friendly aircraft that deep in their kwn territory right?

Aren't there any Patriot variants with that kind of range?

Bless him

Successful interception of AWACS by Military forces:
Russia: 2
Entire West: 0

Don't think there are. They're a long distance from the front.

I'm seeing mixed reports on this, some claiming Ukraine shot it down over the sea, others claiming it was brought down by friendly fire over Russian territory.

Either way, it's pretty far to hit with ground based AA from Ukraine's position based on the region it's alleged to have gone down.

Could be some secret missiles provided with that sort of range or some wild F-16 raid, but more than likely it seems like a friendly fire incident, which is in way even more absurd.

They've sacked their own quarterback this time.

So, a ukrainian missile attack in the direction of the A50 in an deliberate attempt to get their AA to fire at anything in their direction
<5>

This seems possible.

Don't think we've got a chance of getting a hard answer to the how right now under the fog of war. Maybe post war but if Ukraine has played a role in the downing it makes zero sense for them to elaborate on the how.

Lmao weren't you Russian shills telling everyone the Ukraine army was all old men just a little while ago?
Well, pivoting from young men to old men because there aren't enough young men left to old men to kids because there aren't enough old men left certainly isn't a good sign.

The West and the Ukrainian parasitic elite are killing these people against their wills. And Zelensky has nothing to worry about because when Ukraine falls, he'll have his global celebrity to fall back on and he'll live comfortably in NATO Europe. He'll get to spend his tens of millions of dollars that he's currently hoarding as opposed to giving it to the war effort and the families of his countrymen who he condemned to death

Ukraine is helping in much of the Kaan development.

China should keep their nose out of it unless they want some of that sweet sanctions their way.

"KYIV/TOKYO -- A Russian arms maker is importing components for precision instruments made in Japan and Taiwan essential to tank production as Russia's invasion of Ukraine continues, Nikkei has learned.

According to information obtained by Nikkei, a person connected to the government of Belarus, an ally of Russia, set up a company in China after February 2022, when the full-scale invasion began, and the Russian arms maker has continued to import parts via the company. The information reveals that sanctions aimed at Russia's munitions industry are not functioning effectively, due to trades through a third country. U.S. and British authorities are aware of the situation and are expected to tighten the sanctions.

The information obtained by Belpol, an exiled Belarus opposition organization based outside the country, from collaborators working at arms companies in the country, include contracts, transaction records and payments via financial institutions, involving Russian, Belarusian, Chinese and other companies.

It shows that a person linked to Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko's government founded Shenzhen 5G High-Tech Innovation in China's Guangdong province in 2022 and the company started to procure precision instrument parts for motors, sensors and other equipment needed to make tanks and other weapons.

Parts purchased by Shenzhen 5G include those made by Metrol, a manufacturer of precision positioning sensors in Tachikawa, Tokyo, Oriental Motor, a Tokyo-based maker of small precision motors, and a leading machine tool maker in Aichi prefecture. Shenzhen 5G is thought to have purchased parts in stock from other Chinese companies."

"It doesn't matter if Putin rigs the elections because he would win them anyway."
Herp a derp

Well its technically true, if you murder and imprison everyone who runs against you, you don't need to rig the vote.

Last days reports actually are very bad for Ukraine and please prepare for scenario that maybe all Ukraine will be Russia.
Despite russian troll farms are insisting that Russia is fighting vs NATO, actually Ukraine sadly didn't had maintained not only NATO guidelines but even Zimbabwe level ....
Russia managed a bit advance while there nothing special.
Special stuff is that pavians ( sorry that I'm angry and rude ) managed to accumulate a lot of ammo in one warehouse and didn't had listened NATO or soviet era instructors for wartime ammo handling and stockpiling.....

Russia managed successfully to destroy ammo warehouse and I really today think maybe we should. .....tell them that there will be 0 supplies anymore IF such idiotism will continue?

What are you talking about? So Ukraine should just give up and everything will be fine?

No.

There is no known missile in Ukraine's current inventory that could reach ~250km, except maybe their old S-200. Those were retired in 2013 and they're quite immobile. It's a bit of mystery.

Russian friendly fire doesn't make sense either, since the A-50 was flying in its own airspace well away from the frontline.

Ukraine is never going to be fine no matter what. These people should have the right to refuse to die for a lost cause. They're not going to win this war, but even in the unlikely event that they did, as long as they have any affiliation with NATO, it's not going to stop

That's a bold statement. You don't think the people of Ukraine have any opinion? You think they just want to submit to Russia?

We all have different views I guess.

You are aware that Zelensky silences any opposition groups in Ukraine right? He only allows certain media as well.

Zelenksy is what people like you claim Putin is. A ruthless dictator. The people of Ukraine want him out. The people want peace talks with Russia.
