International Russia/Ukraine Megathread V15

They are being conscripted to fight, there is no option.
Well there country is being invaded and destroyed. If you grow up somewhere and enjoy the benefits of it, you should be expected to defend your people and your homeland. Conscripting them is grabbing up the people who want to live in a free Ukraine but don’t want to fight for it. I don’t feel bad about.

All of that said, I do agree that Graham has no right to encourage Ukraine to mobilize. I support Ukrainians as far as they themselves, as a country, are willing to take this. It’s their freedom they’re fighting for, not mine.

Make no mistake, they are literally fighting to stay a nation of free people.

If that was extended to all Ukrainians then you'd have a point. But it's just mostly poor and working class Ukrainian males making the ultimate sacrifice. Ironically, the people who have enjoyed the least amount of benefit are expected to sacrifice the most. The wealthy and powerful will not have to part with either their lives or even their money.

The least Zelensky and other wealthy elites should be mandated to do is give up their wealth to the people fighting as some sort of sacrifice.

Most pro-Ukr foreign correspondents are against this Ukr adventure and think it's going to backfire badly. They say Ukr should start the retreat now and take the large number of POW and the re appearance in news as the trophy.

Lindsey Graham who today met Zelensky in Kyiv doesn't agree though.

Not sure who these correspondents are but this special operation could not have gone any better. As long as they dont spread themselves too thin this is affecting Russia big time in many ways.

Rybar just confirmed that Ukr now has taken Spalnoe as well, an important settlement from where you can hit Belgorod with whatever you want. Rybar also says Ukr might control Martynovka and make it obvious in their famous map that Ukr is pushing for more penetrations.

Armored Vehicle Plant

A joint venture between Rheinmetall and the Ukrainian state firm Ukroboronprom was established for the reported $200 million armored vehicle plant in May 2023.

The plant’s inauguration took place a few months later. It is expected to have a future annual production capacity of 400 vehicles.

Its precise location is being kept secret for security reasons but is reportedly somewhere in the country’s west.

Apart from Leopard tanks, and Marder and Lynx infantry fighting vehicles, the factory is supposed to produce personnel carriers such as the Fuchs, in service with the German Army.

Lynx Infantry Fighting Vehicle

The Lynx armored tracked vehicle features increased ballistic and fire protection.

It is armed with a 30-millimeter automatic cannon with a range of 3,000 meters (9,842 feet).

It can also be outfitted with an anti-tank guided missile launcher and a remote-controlled weapon.

heh they're getting lynx?

Poland signed a contract on Monday to build 48 launchers for the US-designed Patriot air and missile defense systems to boost Warsaw’s military capabilities.

The eastern European country has accelerated the modernization of its armed forces after Russia began a full-scale invasion of neighboring Ukraine in 2022.

According to the deal signed on Monday, the M903 launchers will be produced at Stalowa Wola steelworks in Poland and are expected to be delivered to the Polish army between 2027 and 2029.

“This contract strengthens Polish security,” Defense Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysz told reporters after signing the deal worth $1.23 billion.

Poland, a staunch ally of Ukraine, has announced it would spend more than four percent of its annual economic output on defense this year — double NATO’s target of two percent.

On Friday, Poland inked a deal with the United States to buy hundreds of AIM-120C AMRAAM air-to-air missiles.

According to Polish media, Warsaw and Washington will in the coming days sign another defense deal on the purchase of 96 US-made AH-64E Apache combat helicopters valued at more than $9 billion.

and a fuck tone of patriot launchers.

Kinda insane, they also have aeiges ashore

Uh, are Ukrainians being sent fight against their wills? You think they would like to submit to a country’s rule after the bombed and ridiculed them for so long.

I don’t understand “the war” was fought for the west narrative. The war was literally catalyzed by Russia. It is none of Russia’s business to invade Ukraine because they don’t like the allies that the country is making…
Well... yes plenty of Ukrainians have already been sent to fight against their will. And more and more will.

It's a undeniable reality

Saying the quiet part out loud. Who could have guessed the US support for Ukraine would be about money and not the lives of the Ukrainian people.

The warmongers can stop pretending now.

- Of course. This conflict come righ after the Covid pandemic!
War is the best way to rise or laudry money...

It wasn't an accident.

The pillsbury warmonger boy was telling everyday Americans struggling to pay their bills that we need a never-ending war with Russia so they don't get minerals that will not benefits you at all ever.

Lmao he is the character I miss the most. Checked his telegram yesterday and I see his hot wife had forwarded a message from him being concerned about Moscow allowing the exchange of 'foreign agents'. He said that questions the sovereignity of the country and must not happen. In between the lines he is afraid Putin might send him in the Hague for a deal with the westerners lol

Doesn't sound like an accident.
What he said sounded intentional.
He repeated the same sentence 3 times in a row.

What do you mean accidentally? That is not a good enough reason to support Ukraine?
