International Russia/Ukraine Megathread V15

In December 2003 russian rouble had exchange rate 29-29,9 roubles for 1 USD$.
Before invasion it was 78-80 for 1 USD$.

So in order to hide money printing machine " west is bad and will collapse".
De dollarization dream for russians and idiots despite they had printed considerably more than FRS and had achieved de facto devaluation of rouble.

Nothing wrong, small special operation and proper brainwashing will hide from idiots reality....

Devaluation and money printing. Issue de facto on paper...instead of bullshit propaganda.

If about support from EU, they had signed financial support, looks that next package will be approx 4,2 b EUR.....

Looks that EU managed to force Zelensky administration to take some steps against bireucrats involved in kleptpcracy schemes: Huelensky administration launched 28 criminal cases and looks that after this EU agreed to sign next bill.

This is tell tail lol look at all the empty seats at Russia command center all the empty seats ether guys who died by falling out of a second floor window, died by walking into a door repeatedly in their house or was fired by Putin lol,

Lithuanian MoD had signed export permit for batch of jammers.... these are produced in Lithuania and are short range GLONASS & GPS and combined with jamming for rf channels used to communicate with FPV drones...
There ofc matters number of jammers they will send. If some 10 it will be pile of water...if batch will be 100 and more, then they might have some effect , especially cos Russia on large scale uses converted civilian drones.....

Another stuff that from not disclosed in details stuff they had agreed to supply some batch of missiles for NASAMS.
While there is best question about models of missiles... In best case AIM 120 C -7 or C -8 also if short range then variants of missiles does have huge diversity.
Also number of missiles is not disclosed.

They also will supply next batch with ammo for 155 mm arty ( most likely purchased somewhere cos they can't deplete stockpiles ) ......
Dunno will be this 3000 or 10000 or 30000 155 mm
shells for august 2024 th package....
While Ukr still does have a bit cocky attitude about them ....slavic stuff ofc from Ukr idiots.

The situation in the Kursk region, which was subjected to a massive attack by Ukrainian gangs, continues to be difficult.

The front line is conditional, in fact, it does not exist. "There are endless counter battles," a source in one of the security units of the Russian Armed Forces said.

In this situation, much is covered by the "fog of war", reports of successes and defeats must be perceived based on the uncertainty of the situation.

Counter battles imply a counter initiative, when each side tries to take more advantageous positions and inflict maximum damage on the enemy.

In a morning statement, the defence ministry said it had “thwarted the attempts of the enemy’s mobile groups to get to the depth of the Russian territory” and there were no other significant reports to the contrary.

You wouldn't believe a country could put out such nonsensical statements, but the more I see of how propaganda works in the 21st century, I absolutely can believe it.

Up is down, left is right, getting your asses kicked is winning, and being battered on home turf is a victory.

There are suspicions ( I hope they are wrong ) that Putin maybe had ordered immediately relocate to Kursk oblastj at least next units like pro marines brigade and heavily armed mechanized brigade with pro soldiers....
Also a lot of stuff for fortifications building etc...plus ofc local guys and ....looks that famous checens thus far were even lesser usable than mando service mobiks.. ..

Ukraine did this to force Russia to take troops away from the Eastern front or mobilize more conscripts. An either or situation.

Ukraine had to be more aggressive because the US election is unpredictable and if Trump wins, he'll just withdraw US aid from them. Trump is Putin's bitch and just recently congratulated him on the recent prisoner exchange.

Ukraine is also not confident that Kamala Harris would be supportive. So they had to do something to change the narrative. Pretty sure this incursion into Russia had the Biden administration's approval.

Ukraine's fate rests in the unpredictable hands of the US election. Russia is biding it's time until then.

Reports of a "border breakthrough in the Belovsky district of the Kursk region" have not been confirmed at this time.

Sounds of a border clash are heard in the district center.

Sources report the movement of nomadic armored groups of the enemy.

According to media reports, the area of military operations in the Kursk region is currently 650 km²

The day before yesterday, this figure was within 430 km².

War correspondent Alexander Sladkov: And what role did the defense line built on the Kursk border section play? Anti-tank ditches, solid MZP lines and concrete tetrahedrons?
No, perhaps this is nonsense and untrue, I do not insist! And perhaps it is also nonsense that the border in the Kursk direction could only be crossed by asphalt roads.
So it is nonsense that the enemies came to our home on asphalt. Or is it not nonsense? I am already confused myself. And were there minefields there, including remotely controlled minefields? Nonsense. Where did our minefields come from in such a dangerous direction? Or is it not nonsense?
And many people have the impression that the detonation of minefields can only be controlled from under the nearest bush. This is nonsense. But this is not nonsense: in 1942 Stalingrad was covered with minefields controlled from Hamburg (the NKVD declassified everything, the Chekists did not allow the city to be blown up).
So what about the millions of millions of rubles spent on the defense line in the Kursk sector? Or not spent? Or there was no defense line, and no minefields!?!?!?
Will the Investigative Committee of Russia, or the Prosecutor General's Office, be able to sort this out? Or the Main Military Prosecutor's Office?
No, this is really a stinking topic, maybe no one will want to get involved...

Was this posted? Didn’t see it.

Yes, oil and gas rigs does have " mast " , where really military equipment might be installed.....for example so called ' listening stations ' antennas. They are passive and are listening stuff from emitters in area ....
