There is one possible trick if Zelensky will have balls he might expose Mike and then Mike will look like clown.
MAGA and russian troll farms are yelling about " my taxpayer's money " and lying in denial that Ukraine isn't almost completely sitting on EU payroll if talk is about money transfers.
Ukr for example even recently had get 4,5 b € money transfer to keep Ukr from default .
Zelensky might offer immediately pay for for example 30 ATACMS missiles batch maybe 90-130 m$ and IF then U.S will refuse ....to sell quickly...everyone with brains will see reality.

For 1 soldier average necessity is to have 6 ppl working essential jobs and 1-2 to build fortifications.....this is bare minimum....
And while for example U.K in 1 month switched to wartime economy Ukr doesn't have any clue what this stuff is.
I will explain how Allies had won World War || ....Ukraine isn't mentally ready to switch for wartime economy and during war they are talking that they will need $£€ for....reconstruction! I had to read one story more than decade ago. Boy had sometimes to vomit blood after shift in chemical factory and his mother had job in ammunition factory while his father had died cos German torpedo...his aunt worked in hospital as volunteer...for free.

Aside from them and America dragging it's feet other Nato countries have stepped up and helped UKR. See new packages from various countries on a regular basis not to mention the US aid package isnt dead in the water yet. Also getting the frozen Russian assets working for UKR is a nice bonus, like seeing Rotsov getting destroyed as that will remind what Russia has been doing to UKR for years now...hopefully they can keep it up.
There is one thing.
Ukr needs old U.S missiles for a reason.
If they might tackle from warehouse old Patriot missile and sent to Ukr in couple of days...
With SAMP-T missile should be produced...new one. The same with IRIS-T...
Therefore fast supplies aren't expected...

Mike Johnson does have a lot of opportunities to delay not only foreign aid but also xx other bills. For this might be enough to tell that some changes are needed and then bill will go back to Senate ....this will take time and next bill's proposal will go back to house where Mike might demand next changes.
And then cycle might repeat.

In 1930 ies, when appeared that economic plan is what this is, enemies appeared remainings of capitalism era...confiscation, purges and cangoroo courts.
Even about Holodomor as responsible had been called remainings of capitalism.
When these actions didn't had helped, appeared that there purges against " internal enemies " are needed.
Later when appeared that such purges didn't had helped....next clearing from internal enemies was needed.
Then a lot of ppl participating in previous purges were executed.
Then WW2.
After WW2 : remainings of capitalism era and Nazis were guilty.
Since 1949 th also Allies lurking to annex Russia and sending spies etc...
