Selling weapons is one thing, sailing warships along the coast of China and through the Taiwan straights is provocation.

You may argue that it’s “international waters”, but If the Chinese sent warships around Hawaii or along the coast of California … it would be seen as highly provocative, perhaps even an act of war.
China is making claims that they own vast areas disputed by many neighbors. Pulling out some hundreds year old maps, like Russia wants to claim their historic territory, at the expense of everyone else.

I'm not familiar with all the rules of EU voting but all it takes is one country to block anything? Orban seems to have same power as 25 other countries combined. He has been a nightmare for UKR and EU.
If he wants to align with Putin he should be able to. Just kick him from the Union and let his citizens realize what Russia is offering them compared to what they offer their leader.

It'll be interesting to see how open and honest Ukraine's next election is. I mean considering the few reports that actually make it out in Ukraine

( opposition parties illegal. Trade unions destroyed. Workers rights destroyed. Corruption is still rife in draft dodging , assets seized by government . Assets sold off by government Etc etc etc etc )

I mean we hear all about the arist jailed for 7 years in Russia. Transparency and accountability is extremely lacking in Russia.... and has been for ages .

But pretending Ukraine wasn't and still isnt corrupt as hades due to Russian corruption s nice deflection.

Nice deflection? I was talking about Putin and his election. Yes UKR has a history of corruption and still is working on the problem as many other ongoing issues as they in martial law considering their country has been invaded and attacked by fucking terrorists.

And can you possibly figure out why all these EU countries in general dont like Russia???

Let’s see..

Did Russia invade those countries ? Nope

Did Russia impose economic sanctions and force Russian companies to leave EU market ? Nope

Did Russia seize EU assets and ban EU banks ? Nope

So, no, I can’t really think of why they hate Russia so much.

See, if I see the same treatment to Israel and USA for their invasions, then I would say the Europeans are pacifists and they don’t like military invasions, otherwise I just think they’re dumb and they’re Russophobes

You mean freedom fighters who were responding to their govt of choice being overthrown?

Ah yes, Russia is just a poor victim of russiaphobia.

You are Russian and nationalist at first.
We all are able to see this comrade.

You mean invaders who were planted there by Putler shortly after the Crimean invasion to keep expanding West....Want to be Russian ...stay in fucking Russia then.

How about if you want to keep people from rebelling don't alienate them into starting a armed revolt against you?

How about valuing humans and their feeling over stupid imaginary shit like borders?

Funny how "democracy" always no longer matters when it doesn't get the wests desired result.

Feelings? and imaginary borders? Jesus Christ, I'll never waste another tap on the keyboard debating with you.

Russian elections will be crystal clear and transparent this time, Putin truly has a 70% support these days and people will vote him in again
Does he control all media in the country? Is there a free press that hasn't already fallen out of a window?

Once again, 200k vs 450k and a city of 3 million. Do we have an example in modern history when such a military operation was a success in 3-4 days ?
Russia has met it's main goal of annexing all the land north and south of Donbas to create a land bridge to Crimea. The long game isn't over, we can see Russia has allies among our coalition, so well have to wait to see if Ukraine can get the international support it needs.

LOL! Imaginary things like borders? Get a clue. <36>

Hopefully it does and Putler flat out said he is depending on Western aid to tire out then I'm sure his goals will be much higher then the 4 annexed area. He admitted that Russia has lost as much as 360,000 troops while Western estimates them at around 315,000 so at least we can agree even with Russian shills that Ruskies have big loses and will continue to have, especially the way they have been fighting.

Look, I understand the position of western community, on paper it looks legit.

BUT

When Merkel, Hollande and Zelensky himself stated that the Minsk accords were signed just to give Ukraine time to bolster their military and then attempt to reclaim Donbass and Crimea by force, all bets are off. Putin was fooled and he doesn’t forgive it.

Zelensky rating before the war was 25%, he wanted this war to become a liberator, defender of the nation and to keep his power.

He’s 100% to be blamed for this war just as much as Putin

Well, clearly after the war started the grip on press has tightened and the main thing is that the majority of the population support the military operation so the opposition is not getting much traction right now

Wow, you are delusional...why would Zelenski want a war against Russia knowing they have/had tons of men and equipment which would be near impossible to compete with. And at first they did not get much aid they were able to defend Kiev due to Russian incompetence more then anything and UKR putting up a tough resistance unlike they did in Crimea.
