All these months of talk about ATACMS and the US ending up only giving a handful. WTF is the point? That's going to make only a small dent.

"According to the publication, citing unnamed U.S. officials familiar with the matter, U.S. President Joe Biden told his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky that Washington would provide Ukraine with a small number of ATACMS."

...and what is the west doing about that problem?
I'm sure if Russia wins in Ukraine, the west will care even less about Ukrainian women and children.
We have hundreds of little boys and girls being kidnapped in Africa. Is the west doing anything about that?
People are dying of hunger in North Korea, China, and India, is the west doing anything about that?
Somehow you seem to think that Ukrainian children are more valuable than children from other countries.
Valid point but misguided... Russia is a self declared mortal enemy who threatens us with nuclear annihilation. They deserve special treatment

I think those are just games being played by UKR and US as to not “ provoke” or “ escalate “ things any more. We don’t want Russia or Medledumb threatening Nukes again for the 38 th time.

I mean they're almost a million dollars each.

US army soldiers who have left the service but are fighting in Ukraine are now getting medical care at US Army Hospital. A break in policy since the beginning the war with Russia. Former US military serving in Ukraine are now being taken to US Military hospitals to have access to the expertise at these hospitals.

"
A group of Ukrainian Army soldiers pierced by Russian grenades and mortar shells arrived at a hospital recently in need of surgery. It would have been a familiar scene from the bloody war grinding on in Ukraine, except for two crucial differences: Most of the wounded soldiers were American, and so was the hospital — the U.S. Army’s flagship medical center in Germany.

The Army has quietly started to treat wounded Americans and other fighters evacuated from Ukraine at its Landstuhl Regional Medical Center. Though the number so far is small — currently 14 — it marks a notable new step in the United States’ deepening involvement in the conflict.

When the war erupted in 2022, hundreds of Americans — many of them military veterans — rushed to help defend Ukraine. Nineteen months later, perhaps a few hundred are still there, volunteering for local militias or serving under contract with the Ukrainian national army.

An unknown number of them have been shot, hit by artillery, blown up by mines or otherwise injured in combat. About 20 have been killed. Most of the wounded have had to rely on a patchwork of Ukrainian hospitals and Western charities for help. Now, though, the Pentagon has stepped in to offer some of them the same care it gives to American active-duty troops."

Perhaps they could use these missiles to catapult their last few soldiers over the minefields,
in some para-drop-ish kind of assault.
Seems like the sensible approach, after all that's what they did at gettysburg
fixed..

Ukraine loses the war. Then what?
The west will stop giving two-shits about Ukrainian civilians? So, it is really not about the civilians now, is it?

You do realize that Russia isn't even at the "hard" part yet, right?

The occupation of a hostile nation. If the Russian troops think it's hard now? They ain't seen nothing yet.

The only way they can even begin to shore up enough troops to do that is to announce a full mobilization and even then, it's a maybe. Pres. Putin screwed Russia when he got greedy. Sometimes you have to be satisfied with enough.

Which Civil War? The American Civil War? No, it is still in my memory. The Ukrainian Army could learn a lot about that war. They will lose this conflict just like the Confederates. For the same reasons.

The Confederacy didn't have any allies supporting them. The world powers then remained neutral. Ukraine has most of the first world supporting them openly.

The occupying force, America, eventually had to leave. America lost. Russia is the occupying force.
No, actually Southern Vietnam asked for American help. We were never an occupying force in Vietnam. Fighting those poor northern peasants and we still lost after 8 years of war. Doesn't Ukraine have the best weaponry in this conflict? Like the Americans did in Vietnam?

The North Vietnamese certainly thought the US was an occupying force.

And yet, the West is helping Ukraine fight against it.
I'm sure Ukraine stays up at night thinking well, the West is helping us fight for our existence, but they don't really love us so whatever

Yeah, its the trafficking that the West is worried about, and not weakening Russia..... riiiiiight.

Nice spin.
If these guys retired from the military (i.e. Army or Marines), they get TRICARE for life or medical services through the VA health system. There is nothing secretive about this process. It would be the equivalent of getting into a car accident.

He's nonsensically wrong across the board with these bizarre war comparisons
