Kalibr mainly uses 1998-2002 th era FPGA chips etc so it is not easy to monitor....
It isn't chips manufactured xxxxx per 1 year.....

However for some missiles models looks that they really needs more modern stuff easier to monitor due to low number of such chips produced....
Kalibr is easy to shot down and still it is very difficult to spot and detect + this shit looks that is most precise missile Russia does have.
