China tied to Russia an China trying to make nice to African countries as they look for more materials to propel their industrial complex. Rare earth elements much sources from these same African nations. It would not look great for them if they don't try to get Putin removing his blockade. There are significant geopolitical issues with how this will be received.

China here does have some leverage vs Russia too.
Russia isn't self sufficient in lithium and some rare earth metals supplies and there China does have relatively huge leverage vs russia.
Especially for lithium and europium ....

China has called for Russia to end its blockade that's tied to China's business interest in Africa. China has been developing these relationships over the course of years this will cause significant problems.
This report is all over the place but mentions China has called for Russia to enter back into the grain deal.

This guy is a tad click baity but he also does have some real and the latest info most times. There are others who are click bait and then go on to tell fantastic lies about how the war is going for UKR. If you watch some of them every day you would wonder how Russia hasnt lost yet.

Today looks that Ukraine failed even to launch any large scale counter offensive not alone something more here.
Partially it might be because despite nice talks, in reality Ukraine did almost 0 homework 2008-2021. It is reality. Zelensky doesn't looks that is concerned at all.
Partially because west " friends " had delayed supplies and had calibrated them carefully looks in order to not worry their comrade Putin.
So for Ukraine today maybe better might be to gave up territories Putin want to get and for rest part of Ukraine maybe to ask be part of China or Iran rather than be loser till end of universe?
All thus far looks like this reality and why not?
