if anybody is being "destroyed" is russian speakers in ukraine where now regime in kiev is even banning a russian language and ukraine orthodox church.

all puppet zelensky had to do is stick to his campaign promises: improve relations with russia, respect minsk agreement and give people in donbas more autonomy and don't join nato.

of course he did 180 after getting elected and went back on all his campaign promises

if he respected the minsk agreement and said no to nato and russia still conducted their special military operation then you might have some sort of point, but the opposite happened. once he got elected he did 180 on his campaign promises and continue antagonizing russia which led to the situation right now: 100k dead, millions displaced, country destroyed, but grifter in kiev pocketed 100 of millions for himself and crooks around him.
