So if about Zelensky.
Noobs in internet are delusional about his real legal power.
He doesn't have legal power to change Ukrainian borders.
In order to do this Ukraine needs positive voting in their parliament and.....referendum...
Point is here as legal reality.
While Ukr president is chief of armed forces de iure, yeah.
And now Zelensky does have few hours to decide: withdraw troops from Bakhmut OR order to increase armed forces in area and immediately attack this area in order to make possible more normal supplies to Bakhmut etc.
Another nice talks about " evacuation " like with Mariupol I don't want to read or to hear about.

The stuff also is that countries in europe does have different mentality and traditions.
To present as gift sharp metallic items to someone from Baltic countries is awful idea.
It is acceptable only if someone took legacy from died ancestor....
Like knife, sword etc...
Parents and grandparents usually are giving money not item if son or grandson needs to have some such item.
Don't do stuff like this: to gave knife as gift for birthday etc....
It does have for some % of ppl damn deep mining and such step will be not correctable after had been done.
If you are close friend you might present as indirect gift offer to buy knife with huge discount. This is acceptable and normal kind of things.
