Running without losing muscle

    I have heard running first thing in the morning on an empty stomach burns more fat i want to lose a few kg's but dont want to lose any muscle would you recomend this or should i eat something before.

    I've heard that running anything over 6 miles your body goes from burning fat to muscle.

    also it deals with length of cardio.. I've always stuck by the notion that no more than 40 minutes of jogging should be done.

    so running for around thirty minutes first thing on empty stomach wont burn muscle

    It all depends on your body type...

    If you have muscle to burn or if your fat and you want to turn it into muscle...

    Either way you have to try it to see if it works for you.
