Running or jogging

    What is the difference between these terms. Is jogging not running but ata slower pace. Just curious

    Jogging = roadwork = LSD.

    Running would be fartleks, intervals, etc. The stuff which hurts.

    i associate jogging with long slow duration training, running at a higher intensity.

    Doesn;t matter though, just whatever you make it to be!

    in my taxonomic system, all jogging is running, but not all running is jogging. running could be from super slow to sprints, just as long as both feet leave the ground at once. jogging is sow, easy, running.
