Buckley called out Usman back in december. Usman was not against it.

I think Usman will try to wrestle Buck and slow him down as much as possible, but I see Joaquin winning via late finish

Banger fight honestly. I am leaning towards Buckley and think a win against the aging ex champ would put him in a great spot. Buckley is one of those guys that I believe could beat anyone on any given night. He has all the tools just overextends with many of his strikes which leaves his hips in a precarious position and would be worrisome against a wrestler of Belals pedigree. With that said I like his odds against most of the top WW’s and he is never in a boring fight. He knows how to bring the violence!

Maybe the UFC needs to get these “old washed up fighters” out of the rankings way sooner than they do. At least drop them lower quicker. They are steps up for Buckley. Why wouldn’t he want fights like those?

Fight makes a lot of sense for me, unsure if Buckley is quite good enough to beat Usman even at this stage of his career.

It's a tough call honestly. Usman has way better skills and Buckley has way better physicality

But with just how long Usman has been barking from the sidelines, I guess I'd go with Buckley

On paper usman was supposed to win, maybe 5-6 years ago, but now his knees are so shot he can barely move, versus a guy like Buckley who is bouncing around and extremely explosive / athletic. I think Buckley takes it
