As you can see, GSP's camp is testing the waters to see what the fans interest is in GSP coming back to fight Nate. Why Nate of all people? Thats a good question. GSP can have any fight he wants. He is probably looking at it from a few angles.

WHY IS GSP CONSIDERING NATE DIAZ FOR UFC 200?

1. GSP beat his brother Nick who has a similar style using a combination of wrestling and some superman punches but it was mostly wrestling, held Nick down and suppressed his striking. He has the game plan for a Diaz win.

2. Nate just came off a win against the biggest names in the business.

3. GSP may have ring rust and wants to take an opponent with a style he feels he has had previous experience with

4. GSP's protege Rory, was much stronger than Nate and threw him around in the octagon and dominated the fight. GSP is stronger than Rory.

What do you guys think of the fight. Do you prefer Nate to fight Robbie Lawler or GSP? Do you think either of them are a good fight to take for Nate? (He is a 155 fighter)

I just want Nate to continue to rake in PPV dollars.

Steaks for breakfast!!!

Im not sure GSP ist physically stronger than Rory, but he should be able to dominate Nate for a typical 50-45

Nate has put in the time, back to back paydays is great for him. Of course GSP will maul him, but who cares let the man get paid. Win wiin for both of them, GSP then goes for the belt.

Cannot disagree with that. Id be happy to watch anyways (we all would really). And you know what, Nate might actually surprise us. He was supposed to be a gimme fight for McG

Big money fight for Nate but i'm done with GSP riding the 25 minutes out for the main event. No disrespect to Georges but i've no interest in seeing him hold guys down

I want this to be 5 rounds if they do it.

Not sure how I feel abut this, on the one hand I like seeing GSP back and Nate getting another money fight.

But its sort of wasting two good fighters on a rather uninteresting match up.

I'd rather see GSP fight Lawler
Nate should stick to 155

I dont wanna see Gsp beat the crap out of Diaz wtf. Why he dont work on GSP vs Lawler fight ?

Still saying GSP vs Lawler. I keep saying that I'm still saying it.

Sure, why not?

Seems like a good time to me.

GSP should win handily, but it's kind of a weak comeback fight for him. I like GSP, but I hope Nate pulls the upset again and gives another legendary post-fight.

Why would fans want to see a 5 round hump fest? I wanna see GSP fight Hendricks again. I think it's more exciting to see GSP lose then win.

Makes sense

For the ufc and GSP

Easy fight for gsp and big fight for the average fan

As long as Gsp is back I don't care the opponent. Diaz is a good fight for him to boost his confidence and a 3 rounder will be good to get him back on track again

Everyone is now pretending like Nate Diaz is one of the best fighters on the roster. What's that all about. This would be another 50-45, maybe even 50-43. Far away from a close fight.

Nick wobbled gsp, nate will finish him
