They likely have hollywood trainers who stop them from getting too big and disproportionate. But yeah, proportions are a huge thing when it comes to physical appearance. Big arms and chests don't look strange as long as they look like they fit your frame. It's not really a problem for natural bodybuilders, but PEDs can turn you into a monster if that's what someone wants.
