Rowing or Running?

    Just wondering your oppinions on whether rowing would be good for MMA conditioning as it works the back or should i just run or both on alternate days

    Different muscles, different breath patterns=more fun

    id say do both. they work different muscles plus it'll add variety to your workout so you won't get as bored. if you have access to a pool swimming is also pretty damn good for cardio if you want a changeup every once in a while.
