Roughest day at jj

I had a rough day too (only the 4th day of practice... but rough compared to the other days). I was losing wrist control and failing to pass guard miserably today. I also got stuck in many triangle attempts (I never got stuck completely but I was pretty much on the defensive the whole time). I felt like I am capable of doing better but I was just bad today. Hopefully tomorrow I'll do better. I'm gonna look up some ways to pass guard and better guard tactics because I felt helpless many times today.
