Ronda's Gotchies

Nah. It costs a few bucks to implement, and they are hoping that the people who are "disappointed" by not getting their favorite stars used Kit, or who find the used Kits too expensive, will settle for a regular fight Kit. The publicity will bring more than the used items themselves.

Keep apologizing. It costs a lot of dignity and integrity to implement. If people weren't going to shell out $80-90 for a "kit" before, then they lose out on a used kit that costs $10000, they aren't going to go buy a "kit" period. This is what's known as "negative publicity". Pro top: it's not the kind of publicity you want.

Pro tip: You have no idea what you are talking about. Every major sport is involved in selling game used clothing. This is not negative publicity for the general public, only among the ignorant who think that Reebok and the UFC created the idea of selling "game used" clothing. Do you even understand what substitutes are? A regular Ronda kit is absolutely a substitute for a "game used" Ronda kit. If you are a big enough Ronda fan where you were ready to shell out money for a used one, then you are a big enough Ronda fan where you still want a regular one.

Jerseys and gloves and such yes, but not their sweaty, salty, secretion stained shorts and bra tops. How is a $50 pair of shorts a substitute for a $10k "collectible"?

If you're a big enough Ronda fan that you are willing to shill out $10k for a used pair, you definitely already own a pair of the regulars. It's not the other way around.
