Ronda only eats 1 meal a day

I'm like 65 pounds heavier than my gf and she eats more then me. She eats a lot of meat and i eat mostly vegetables and i'm way more muscular and stronger than most guys 20 pounds heavier and she's like a toothpick. the human body is a weird thing. also i never lift weights. i do run 3 miles 3 times a week. I really feel like i'm an anomoly and maybe so is rhonda. it's possible. also my hands are always cold and my gfs are always warm!

conclusion: everyone's different.

Either your girlfriend expends more energy or she eats less than you it's that simple no special vodoo diet magic. And the reason your hands are cold is because you have bad circulation I hear gou qi berries are suppose to be a good remedy, you should be able to get them from most health stores.

You might wanna check this out see if it applies to you:

I agree with you on almost all of this. There are very extensive studies though that show that certain blood types (A Type Bloods especially) have much weaker stomach acids and actually have a much more healthy diet from avoiding red meats because they don't digest them as well as O-type blood humans.

So explain Canine teeth, evolution playing a practical joke on us?

It is possible to get 3k cals from a single meal. Calories are what matter not no of meals.

i dont believe a word what walker said about his "nutrition".There is no way he would look like that if ate one meal a day.
Or here.Maybe she takes some other way of protein intake. :D

so she only eats 1meal a day, at night...but likes to spoil herself with expensive food?

must b wastin alot of all that good organic food shes splurgin on cuz unlike chemical food, it doesnt last long

I thought I was like you once, and then we tried to actually log our consumption for a week. You'd be surprised at how incredibly bad we humans are at guesstimating such thing.

Basically, every time somebody claims they have a really fast or slow metabolism, I just assume they have never counted.

Because it's probably the easiest/most useless degree you can get? What's to brag about having a good GPA in something that everything can just look up on wikipedia and learn? And the guy said his studying focuses on comprehension of material, not quantity. It's not like there's anything to understand about history. It's facts, you'd have to be stupid to not understand it.
You're either a troll, or an idiot of truly staggering porportions. The first thing to understand about history is problems concerning documentation and source criticism, and you're failing pretty hard at that. You have to be trolling.

Well, we also have goosebumps, even though on our current level of body hair (since like few hundreds of millenniums), it doesn't have much use at all.

So yeah, evolution plays 'practical jokes', or rather, not all evolutionary adaptations can happen simultaneously.

I thought goosebumps occured if your body temp dropped too low or something the hairs would stand on end to try and trap warm air to help retain heat. Seems pretty logical to me.

Walker might be a great football player, but what he said regarding his nutrition is full of shit. Plus, wasn't he diagnosed with mental illness (multiple personality) at some point?

What top pro athletes like him doesn't want people to know is that his main "diet" consists of HGH, steroids, and more HGH. :icon_lol:

Yeah, but the trick is that really very few humans today are nearly hairy enough for this to have any effect.

Even dudes with really hairy chest will have their hair too scarce for real effect. Let alone most ladies.

What I have heard of from some infomercials is this thing called "blood type diet" - selecting a certain diet based on blood type.

If this is what you're referring to, then it sounds like one of those pseudo science scams.

I did a little Googling, and here is a scientific study on this topic, where they found no significant difference regarding stomach acid and ABO blood types in healthy adults (keyword being "healthy" - don't have gastric diseases):

"One hundred and seventy-six students free of gastrointestinal disease were studied to establish normal acid secretion values for healthy male and female students by the augmented histamine test and to re-examine the relationship between gastric acid secretion and ABO blood groups, body weight, fat-free body mass, height, degree of ectomorphy and mesomorphy, the number of cigarettes smoked per day, and serum cholesterol. A prospective study was then carried out on gastric acid secretion and the subsequent development after 10 years of duodenal ulcers or dyspepsia.
Young, healthy medical students have a fairly high mean basal and maximal acid output.

There was very little difference in the mean acid outputs of the various ABO blood groups.

A significant correlation was shown between acid output and body weight and fat-free body mass, but not with the other measurements of body build.

Basal acid output was also related to the number of cigarettes smoked per day.
"

PS: This isn't meant to bash you, bro. Just bashing some of the diet myths out there
