Ronda interview: Refusing to talk about fighting

While one would expect Ronda Rousey to discuss the one thing she's actually known for (MMA career) the former champ apparently doesn’t want to talk about fighting.

----- absolutely ridiculous and shameless way to promote her image and B-movies whilst avoiding her blown out insecurities.

Imagine interviewing Kobe Bryant but avoiding questions about basketball.

Also, it was very rude that her PR team only gave the interviewer a moments notice leaving him to try to conduct an interview with an MMA fighter whilst tip toeing around anything fight related as she'd storm off.

Do you think Travis Browne keeps a list of things not to say to Rousey?

Must be hard work being around a glass ego... Looking forward to her post-Holly retirement after she breaks it a 2nd time.

I love Ronda but she sounds like she is in denial not wanting to talk about fighting because she hates thinking about her loss or talking about it but if she plans on avenging that loss she has to face it head on and she don't seem to be doing that so I am disappointed in that. We don't know what she agreed to because the interview is discussed before it takes place, was the interview to promote a movie, if so why the fuck would she be talking about the UFC? People jump to conclusions so fast on this website without knowing the whole story till its hard to see through the fog.

So much for her being 'strong minded'. One loss and her entire world fell apart: she contemplated suicide, became unable to talk about fighting, and porked up a dozen pounds, if not more.

Yeah, really strong mind. I can't think of any other champion who reacted in such a feeble, pathetic manner after losing. Not Anderson, not GSP, not Hughes, not Fedor, not Brock, not Penn, not Weidman... no one.

"So Ronda, I see you have stacked on a few pounds recently. Is that for a movie roll you're working on or the kfc dinner rolls i seen you working on before we started the interview? Never mind it's not important...

So you want to have Travis Brownes babies! He already has some children doesn't he? Yes, to the woman he spoke to the press about assuring their marriage was fine even though we now know you were sleeping with him at the time! He also went on the same show to deny claims of physically abusing her and to announce you guys were dating! Well I guess he CAN commit to a relationship after all...

So you did Saturday Night Live and spoke about having suicidal thoughts on Ellen, pretty ironic that your Saturday Night Live appearance actually made me have suicidal thoughts and youre Ellen interview was actually the funnier of the two.

So what are your plans for this year? Come up with some more witty uplifting positive catch phrases to inspire the children like 'Do Nothing Bitch' or Fuck Them All." How about "Im gonna pound your ass so hard youll feel like Edmund around an IRS agent." How is things with your mother and Edmund by the way, I haven't noticed her making any homicidal threats to him recently...
