I occasionally work as a baker and it was something I used to do full time. Not sure if its coincidence but I keep hearing how Romanians and Transylvanians have GOAT level beads and sweets. Curios to know if there is a specific technique or method they use that extends beyond the conventional ways?
Or is it the ingredients in conjunction with pride and care for making good breads?
