I should have done this a while ago but I didn't. I should update this regularly but I might not. My shit is weak, let's see if it gets any better.

All units in this thread will be lbs unless otherwise stated.
 
I started this log at the weirdest time where I have a couple minor injuries, no programming, and a trip coming up so I've got a strong case of fuckarounditis at the moment.

Shrugs

-3x5(each side) @ 16 lbs
