    I should have done this a while ago but I didn't. I should update this regularly but I might not. My shit is weak, let's see if it gets any better.

    All units in this thread will be lbs unless otherwise stated.

    I started this log at the weirdest time where I have a couple minor injuries, no programming, and a trip coming up so I've got a strong case of fuckarounditis at the moment.

    Date: 2016-02-10

    Calf Machine

    -8 x 3 @ 190 + drop sets for volume

    SOHP

    -2 x 5 @ 85
    -1 x 8 @ 65

    Seated Cable Row

    -5x5 @ 100

    Shrugs

    -Whatever for pump

    Ab Machine

    -3x5 @ 80

    -Med ball boat twists

    -3x5(each side) @ 16 lbs

    Trust me, this log is gonna look stupid as fuck compared to your more traditional s&c logs. At least it's not full of crossfit shit tho.
