Not really. He doesn't have any big wins while losing to Brunno Ferreira & Arman Petrosyan. You have fighters like Pyfer, De Reider, Curtis, Park, Aliskerov, Abus who are just outside the top-15 with Robocop. MW is actually kind of deep.

Robocop is hard to gauge, sometimes he looks like a low level fighter like against brunno ferreira where he literally walked into a lefthand and showed horrible striking defense but he looked sharp against tavares and CLD. I don't think he can be top 5 with his striking level but dricus managed to improve quickly so maybe robocop can do it too

He’s got the skills, but has a questionable chin. I wonder how long it will hold up until the next KO.
