Or maybe get this because Whittaker is a pro fighter who’s competed against both and he can acknowledge how hard it is to do what Khamzat did with ease.

Of course we're casuals. It doesnt matter to me who wins or loses. I want to see what was advertised; an actual fight, not a grappling contest that doesnt resemble a real world fight in any way.

Whittaker should stick to getting humiliated in high profile fights. His "performances" against Khamzat & Adesanya (twice) were pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

I don't get why people get so defensive and upset when a fight like that is called boring. It is boring lol and has nothing to do with being a casual fan. I've watched the sport for 25 years+ and I found the fight boring. Has nothing to do with grappling or striking, it's just the pace and action in the fight. And it's not just on Khamzat, DDP made it boring too. One guy controlled the entire fight but didn't really do much damage or take risk....and the other guy played defensive and couldn't fight back. It was boring, impressive peformance and a great dispaly of grappling, but boring. I still enjoyed the fight and watching.

Seeing a top champ getting ragdolled around the ring like that is rare sight to see so i dont see how that is boring, DDP is a big tough mofo and just didnt quit but he also did nothing to make khamzat work harder.

Dunno if im a casual or not. Been watching 20 years - i know a fun fight and a boring fight as a fan. That was not a fun fight and I saw it live in arena it was by far the worst fight I saw that night or really close from.an entertainment stand point - it just was. Unless your into 1 man dry raping another man for 25 min then it was great.

Im sure as a fighter its a different perspective and i got nothing but respect for Bobby but as a fan unless your big into wrestling IT WAS A VERY BORING.

Meh you cant say that the finish was right at the end of round one and Cro Cop was surviving on the ground before that horrible ref stand up. He could have made something happen in rounds two and three had he made it out of the first.

And given that only one of the fighters were dominating the other during that it's really the guy losing badly who should say fuck this I'm gonna have to try whatever I can to make something happen. But Dricus didn't do that.

Maybe Dricus himself was too attached to the idea that he just had to wait for Khamzat to get tired. He was sure it was going to happen from everyone talking about it, so he just waited it out.

Or maybe he did try it after sometime but Borz was just too good. Almost 22 minutes of control of a 25 minutes fight is not for everybody.

I watched the event today and the fight was like watching Merab. Once Borz got him to the ground I was just hitting that 10 sec foward button until something different happened (which mostly didn't).

Watched the whole fight in probably 4 minutes.
