What could be taken from the movie campaign, Sen. Kelly Loeffler campaign asking for details on a 20 year old accusation of police interference over child abuse at a church camp. This is a direct quote from here campaign:

“What exactly was going on there?” asked Loeffler spokesman Stephen Lawson. “What was the nature of the child abuse? What was his involvement? If he wants Georgia voters to believe anything he says, he needs to come clean and explain what happened.”

What child abuse you ask? None.

Since the person(s) being accused was a minor, the Reverend was intervening until the kid's parents could get a lawyer present during questioning. Later, the charges of child abuse were dropped. The prosecutor had this to say

When the charges were dropped, a prosecutor said the arrests came after “some miscommunication,” and that Warnock and the other minister “were very helpful with the continued investigation,” the paper reported.

Disgusting on the part of Republicans.
