Yes, actually, that might have something to do with it
I have to reload the page, and copy/paste the quote and response into the new page, that seems to work, but directly using the quote feature doesn't seem to work

I was getting an error earlier trying to post an attachment. Switched to incognito like someone suggested. It worked fine and haven't changed anything since.
