News RIP Jordan Breen

It's sad something this tragic has brought back so many old accounts. I wish many would come back and contribute. Either way, RIP to Jordan. At only 38. Very, very unfortunate.
Man I was always a lurker, but I feel the sport pushed me away. I didn't abandon it. I have dm's sent to the last known reddit he had to ask what's up years back. Just saw Jesse Denis rise up to comment. Is there any way there could be tribute livestream to this man. I'll pay whatever. Can we get the band back together? I've listened to the long play of JBS show drop I don't know how many times today.

Unfortunately, that would have to come from a person above me. Maybe mention an administrator in Support?

Man, looking at all the join dates in this thread....

A lot of us from the 00s and early 10s.

I looked up my emails. And see something from 2010. We were talking rugby. I think I sent it during one of the 24 hour charity marathons.

They all were. I used to go back and forth with Lutfi on email and twitter.

Jack was also highly underrated. Those specials he did were awesome. Like the Lapsed Fan and rewinds
I still have the Billy Robinson one on my old laptop for sure. And on Rugby, Ireland were just starting to rise with MMA and we actaully won stuff. Jordan was a ringmaster but Jack's Sunday Rewind intros were spellbinding. I fucking miss Rod and Scott and The Sunday School too.

First, I came down here to give my respect to a SRN legend.

I may not have always agreed with his takes, but I enjoyed his shows and it was a difficult time for me when that thing ended.

I always respected the efforts he made to break into the mma scene as a sport journalist and being a Canadian myself, I tried to follow his career after the SRN ended.

It’s hard to believe that he passed at such a young age with so much life ahead of him.

R I P Jordan. May you find peace I the afterlife.

Absolutely crushed to hear the bad news. He was probably the most knowledgeable MMA journalist ever. Always used an impressive vocab. He was a pioneer. Was suprised he did not go places with his huge brain. I remember listening to Beatdown After the Bell podcast after every big fight. So sad to hear his life went the way it did after his tenure at Sherdog.
