It's sad that he passed away. I always hoped that someday he would return to American Pickers. The show never was the same without him.

RIP, that show was always a toss on while I'm busy comfort background show. He had a great eye for signs and the ever elusive knucklehead.

Any word on how he copped it?

He was over weight but seemed in good enough health on the show

Used to watch every episode back in the early 2010s. Then stopped. The early episodes had a charm to them.
Same. They started showing too much about the shop and that gal who worked for them. Nothing wrong wrong with that, but it was better when it was all about the picking at the locations themselves.

I really liked that episode they came across this huge collection of old carnival posters/art. Some amazing finds. Fun show.

RIP sir!

I can't imagine it was that loong ago.

Jesus I was just like 28 back then! What happened ? How did we get here? Where are we going? World's a crazy space.

I saw the news and had to tell my mom as she loved to watch American Pickers. I actually like the show as well as it's basically an adventure show.
Pretty sad what happened to him, but you could tell he wasn't in great health in some episodes of the show.

Mike's page has condolences but it was only within the last 2-3 years that he and Frank had a falling out with Frank feeling wronged, when he was replaced by Mike's brother.
