I've still been popping into this thread and hoping for good news. I know it's hard not to feel sad, but we've got to stay positive for Walt and his family. Keep them in your prayers, I KNOW they can feel the love and positive vibes we're all sending their way.

From all we know, the dating app thing could be totally unfounded. It could also be true, but that it might not have anything to do with her disappearance. Unfortunately, even with how far technology has progressed, being able to track people's movements so well and cameras all over the place, it is still entirely possible for people to vanish without a trace and never be heard from again. I hope that's not the case here, like with Vitor's sister, she was never found and all leads went cold. That's crushing. Even if she's no longer alive, it's horrifying to never have closure.

I hope the authorities will inform them and take care of those guys, cause finding close doors in that kind of fucked up situations can add considerable pain to the initial pain.
 
Inspiring interview. Helwani asked all the right questions and left the floor open at the end for Walt to add anything he might've missed. Walt did a great job of keeping calm and speaking clearly, but you could still see he's in a lot of pain.

Walt Harris is everyone's favorite fighter, right now.
 
I just keep hoping to read that she is found somewhere... prayers.

I grew up in Antioch California, now famous for the Jaycee Dugard kidnapping case. She was held for 18 years before being discovered alive (although there were some missed opportunities to end her kidnapping much sooner) Until that case I used to feel that anything longer than a week and it won't end good. Now I never give up on thinking that someone will be found alive. I really hope that's the case here.
 
Sherdog is a pretty diverse community when you really think about it. There are people from all over the world, the political spectrum, different religions, ethnicities, ages, etc.

And across all of that, there is not as single person who is not a Walt Harris fan right now.

I was really glad to hear Walt is being proactive and organizing with the community, search teams etc.

Also he probably wont read this, but he should make contacts within the Alabama criminal underworld. They might have helpful tips and information but they wont ever call the cops to deliver it.

Personally id hire a few private detectives, and a hacker as well, just aquire information by any and every means. He should get his own crew to follow up on the leads.

He might also be able to request all her cellphone logs if hes been paying the bill.

Wish i could do something to help other than offer advice .

Hoping for a happy outcome.

dude we have google earth. go in and type anybodies address and it will show you their entire house/living area/parking lot/car. you cannot tell me uncle sam dosnt have a better version they have access too.

seriously go to google and type in google maps and your address. you will be shocked to see ur house right there in plain view for anyone to see. not like gps. full camera lens picture with moderate zoom feature.

I disagree. Sherdog has a lot of forum members. There has to be at least one person who would or has done something like this. I mean lets be honest, this is a cage fighting forum that promotes legalized violence. Its not hard to imagine it attracts these type of people.
