That looks like only stage two (bilateral tremors) of five, definitely not so bad yet. His balance is still there, so he should still be able to live his normal life, just more slowly and carefully, for the time being. Parkinson's gets much, much worse than that.

There are some good treatments for Parkinson's like the deep brain stimulation devices as well as medications - hopefully he gets something for it
