Pretty much nail on the head. Anyone who actually works out and diets well will appreciate how good Rickon looks at 61. I've pretty muched worked out since I was 21 but haven't dieted well until NOW (32). And I'm still not quite at that "ab" level of body fat yet. Rickson looks fucking amazing but I'm not even surprised considering how that guy lives and eats. I can only wish I will look that good at 61.

Older than his age? Lol. I mean, his face is a bit wrecked because of years of exposure to the sun. The dude basically grew up on the beach, Plus, take into account all the stress of being a high level athlete. It does make your skin age. But overall he looks pretty good. If i didn't know him i would say he is a 50 yo guy in great shape.
