Rich Ace Franklin

Rich is underrated because he caught a lot of splash hate from Silva haters. People downplay how good Rich was to try to devalue Silva's wins over him.

Weidman in his prime smokes rich. Weidman before all his injuries is the best fighter we have ever seen. Tragic career turn. Im just glad i was there early and watched his run before he fought anderson.

The Weidman who decisioned Sakara and Maia, and then lost to Rockhold, is the best fighter you ever saw?

Rich was overhyped by UFC shills.
People who knew about Anderson, fanboys or haters, werent surprised he destroyed Franklin.
Rich was very solid for his era, but he has no place in all-time rankings. At least not near top10

Yes and no. No to the part about rockhold. He is the best up until the Lyoto fight. Go watch him fight mark munoz. It is a masterclass. His style at that exact time would be a hard matchup for ANY fighter ever but you would probably be in the stands booing this type of performance. For each their own.

I never said he is the most dangerous fighter. There is alot more dangerous guys.

Im also talking about peak. Before the falloff.

1 knee injury could set you back from the best fighter in the world to getting smoked by the 10th ranked guy in a few months because you rushed back. Weidman fucked himself with injuries and the way his career has ended i want to vomit. 🤢

Also with your logic about whatever blank performance. Every fighter has those. Jon Jones is the greatest fighter EVER. no doubt but he has a few shit fights out there. reyes, anthony smith, thiago santos. Gustufson 1. OSP. He ran from glover the whole fight. Everyone has shit performances at times in their career

If you said "the best MW we ever seen" it would be debatable, but saying "the best fighter" just sounds like an hyperbole. I definitely dont think is the best fighter we ever saw across weightclasses.

Why would anybody boo such performance. It was a total beatdown.

BTW, Mousasi outclassed Munoz and finished him earlier, while also beat Weidman regardless of the weird outcome

Never paid much attention to him tbh. Whenever I hear his name I think of him getting flatlined by Cung Le, but then again I'm Strikeforce chad
