Media Rich "Ace" Franklin looking absolutely YOKED (WARNING: Not USADA Approved!!)

There is a big misconception about “steroids”

I notice it’s usually people who have never cycled/worked out/ buy supplements from gnc..generally have no knowledge about them….etc…

yes absolutely they can cause health issues when taken incorrectly like anything else. Fuck alcohol is hard on your body, sweets, edibles, junk food, etc…

if taken correctly and responsibly they can give many benefits as well.
Dude, I think you are assuming too much. Sure, I haven't cycled, but I understand the science pretty well. And the other assumptions are just crap. I'm pretty well researched in the supplement/nootropic department.

Obviously alcohol is (mostly) bad, excess carbs, sugar, etc. However, long term test usage is also bad for you. Short term can be useful, but it has to be a short, pre defined cycle, and it has to be aimed at making your test levels normal. I doubt Rich is using them to normalise his test levels.

Of course they can be super useful and have benefits, but the sort of replacement therapy's that work well and have low risks are not generally the ones that get you looking like Franklin does now. (Obviously a generalization, but I think a fair one).

I can link you some studies on anabolics and heart health, or you can just google them. Hell, normal test levels probably protect against cardiac events, but my argument is that I doubt Rich is using steroids to normalize anything.

Good God, he's JACKED! Unrecognizable. Rich is also a huge health guy and his gains are probably a result of his health and nutrition IQ. It's not impossible without roids.

No argument here bro. I’m always open to learning. But from the looks of it, I’d assume maybe ace is on some type of test. Either Sus, Cyp, prop, etc… which I would hardly consider a “steroid “. And obviously cycling is key. I know a guy who went 9 months straight on a test cycle and it screwed him up big time naturally. I also know guys who cycle every 6-8 weeks and they swear by it. Especially if you stack with a real “steroid “

Oh yeah definitely, I know some guys who have had massive improvements in their day to day life/mood etc just by going to an endocrinologist and getting a hormone profile done.

I'm curious, why wouldn't you consider test replacement a steroid? Sus/prop/cyp are all anabolics, so they would all come under performance enhancing rulesets. I get that they are formally used for a variety of medical reasons, and aren't the strongest of steroids, but I bet the majority of people on them are doing it for gains. I don't pretend to know lots about this though, so info from you would be interesting.

Here's another that shows it. Yeah he's on those good Singapore ONE FC supplements. Good for him. Says he's about "225ish" in the comments.

His life looks great. His IG is littered with pics all over Asia doing fun shit.

Dude he looks HUGE!

Rich Franklin only has 21k followers? That's fucking nuts!

I guess he just was an era too early for most people.. but still.. he's doing work for One Championship and a 250 billion people watches their events regularly

How can 250 billion people watch event when there is 7 million people on Earth

Rich is / will be a lifer as far as fitness goes .... and smart enough ( I hope ) not to pollute his body.

Sherdog mentality continues to amaze.
Jacked ( in the middle of a work out)= on the juice.

Rich still a young man.

A lot of people just want to get jacked.

Well, that's bodybuilding to me...

Bodybuilding is lifting and training for appearance

That's pretty much what I said. If he isn't using his gains in a sport, then it's for looks.

Or maybe he likes staying in shape?

I know we are on Sherdog but he doesn't look like a guy who "stays in shape" in that picture, he looks fucking jacked.

Idk he looks like regular sherdogger to me.. but fair point.
