Dude, I think you are assuming too much. Sure, I haven't cycled, but I understand the science pretty well. And the other assumptions are just crap. I'm pretty well researched in the supplement/nootropic department. There is a big misconception about “steroids”
I notice it’s usually people who have never cycled/worked out/ buy supplements from gnc..generally have no knowledge about them….etc…
yes absolutely they can cause health issues when taken incorrectly like anything else. Fuck alcohol is hard on your body, sweets, edibles, junk food, etc…
if taken correctly and responsibly they can give many benefits as well.
Obviously alcohol is (mostly) bad, excess carbs, sugar, etc. However, long term test usage is also bad for you. Short term can be useful, but it has to be a short, pre defined cycle, and it has to be aimed at making your test levels normal. I doubt Rich is using them to normalise his test levels.
Of course they can be super useful and have benefits, but the sort of replacement therapy's that work well and have low risks are not generally the ones that get you looking like Franklin does now. (Obviously a generalization, but I think a fair one).
I can link you some studies on anabolics and heart health, or you can just google them. Hell, normal test levels probably protect against cardiac events, but my argument is that I doubt Rich is using steroids to normalize anything.
