The err in this reasoning is you would have to include a calculation of 2016 Jones with his current body only leaner and that version would beat any fighter in an imaginary fight proposed imo

Stipe had 2 wars with Ciggie. All things must pass.

Even with a 42 year old Stipe, Jones clearly knew that he had to nip smartly away from any concerted punching attack. But I should have realized that getting inside Jones' kicking game wouldn't be easy for a man with legs shorter than Jose Aldo's.
 
Still surprising how often old Stipe was able to land despite how slow and diminished he was.

Love it or hate it, I don't give a fuck, that will be a problem with Aspinall who's a lot quicker and hits harder. That chin will be tested for real, by a real HW

No matter who wins, I just want the champion or the interim champion to give us a great fight and unify the titles anyway
