Totally royces fault that all the other guys had been practicing their respective disciplines their whole life and NOT bjj.

It's nobody's fault that those guys didn't know bjj but themselves.

It wasn't "catered" to royce to give him an easy win.

If they wanted all the other opponents to know jits, they would have, they would have had all the gracies face themselves, and it'd have been called the UFBJJC.

But they didnt, because it wasnt.

It was a contest to see which martial art was the most effective - read: finding people from all different types of martial arts and pitting them against each other.

And bjj came out on top.

Too bad if we went back in time, and let all royces opponents learn bjj and in turn let royce learn all the arts his opponents knew, the outcome would remain the same with royce dominating.

Not when the OP fights. His secret to success is to strip off all his clothes (including underwear) before the fight starts. Not surprisingly he has a perfect street fighting record. Well technically he did lose one fight but that ended up taking a turn towards the romantic so it doesn't count.

I am a jiu jitsu guy and have long said that clothing can be used effectively against people in street fights, however with all the street fight videos out there, u see jiu jitsu being used, but no lapel chokes or stuff of that sort.

The Gi is infact a weapon and he should not have been allowed to wear it.

But in a real street fight you would not be wearing a Gi, most clothes do not have thick lapels to grab.

Therefore training in a Gi is useless and just for weak people who want to find a way to beat you in a physical contest even though they are mostly beta types.

Technically it is cheating.

No Gi is clearly the way forward as it can be used in any situation.

I trained at Gracie Barra for a time and it was like being in a real life sitcom of the "Renato Laranja Show"

The instructor made nothing but jokes about gay people and being black. Sometimes he combined the two and brought the house down.

The Gi is cheating and encourages homophobia and racism in all who wear it. Plus the Gi is super hot and nasty to wear - i am surprised no one has invented a godamn zip up jacket so that it does not keep coming undone and the belt falling off.

Here is my idea for a jacket with loops that would keep the belt in place which i think would solve this problem. The jacket is by Fendi but as you can see it even has a clasp which would keep the belt even more secure and a zip to stop the jacket from coming undone.
