I don't think RE0 was the worst Resident Evil game, but they got so much wrong that they'd have to change the whole game completely to do a remake. The villain sucked, the story sucked, no item box, forced shitty co-op. Is it even worth it?

I really enjoyed RE7. I had my gripes with it, lack of enemy variety, the ship portion, lame protagonist. But the Mansion segments were some of the best moments I’ve experience playing not just in RE but horror in general. I also played it in VR which it was designed for and it was an entirely different experience from what I’ve heard so maybe that helped as well.

That’s probably the biggest RE account on YouTube. They’ve been pretty accurate in the past and apparently this came from testers who gave some corroborating info. But it is just a rumor so always best to just take it as that.
