Most of yous picked Kattar to beat him, but Moicano smoked him. Landed 116 strikes in a clinical performance, 30-27 30-27 29-28.
But instead of fans jumping off Kattars bandwagon for Moicano, they instead jump on Zabit's. Who also won on the same card 30-27 30-27 29-28, against much worse competition than Moicano faced. And if both fights were 5 rounds, only 1 of the 2(Moicano & Zabit) would've still won.
The media does ZERO stories on
Moicano but endless articles and segments on their podcasts about Zabit. It's funny how Puke Thomas, Breen, Helwani etc all cry racism toward the fans at times but they are the ones favoring the less proven white guys. O'Malley over Perez(who just beat Lopez quicker than #3 Assuncao) & Till over Usman are other examples.
Does the mainstream mma media(zero dark skinned men) project their own racist views upon the fans to cover for themselves, subconsciously?
