There's no chance of getting anything resembling a realistic answer right now. Cruz hasn't fought in 2 years and Barao is coming off a HL reel KO. Everyone is gonna say Barao.
It really depends on Cruz's level if and when he returns. His footwork alone can neutralize a lot of Barao's offense. If Cruz is anything close to 100% (which I doubt, but if) then I think it's a close fight.
