The 4th of May is Remembrance Day in the Netherlands, commemorating everyone who have died in wars. This year someone made a drone video of the Netherlands American Cemetery in Margraten, Limburg, where 8,301 American soldiers are buried who died during WWII. It's pretty impressive.

To clarify, the line "See how hard that was?" is in reference to a couple of activists that voiced the opinion that Remembrance Day was hypocritical because of current islamophobia and other racism. Of course most Dutch people think they're idiots.

That is pretty neat.

I need to get a drone to make videos like this. Saw a guy down in Cincy recently and he had one that could go like 3 miles away from him and he was taking pictures of the city. Would be neat but they're probably expensive as all get out

They're reasonable unless you want one of the ones with missiles. Those are costly ... but totally worth it. Showed the neighbor's cat what's up.

But cool video, thanks for posting!

We've had quite some people make really cool videos of stuff like abandoned amusement parks and stuff. I find them very interesting.

cool vid, thanks for posting. my old man is buried at Arlington National Cemetery and it's a moving experience every time I visit.

Must be for sure. Where/when did he serve?
