Remember when Dan hardy called Marcus Davis a Fake Irishman?

I'm absolutely lost what point you're trying to make with this China thing. Are you trying to say DDP isn't a real African, or it'd be silly for Israel to claim he's from NZ?
People can claim their country of nationality or country of residence all they want AND NO ONE SHOULD JUDGE THAT. However if you decide to make that claim that the descendants of the ethnic groups of WHEREVER who live abroad are less true or whatever fucked up notion you spew in the next person’s direction you get what you fucking get

Sure, people can self-identify with where they are born/live however they like. Israel was born in Africa and is African. But him winning is an achievement for an African, where as DDP winning would be an achievement for Africa.

(P.S Marcus Davis is NOT Irish). Saw this on Twitter earlier, seemed apt.

you sound opinionated and delusional on the matter. Big fact you seem to be missing is a couple of years ago when there were ZERO African born champ’s having any PERIOD wad a win for Africa. Being as inclusion matters it was a huge deal to the young Blavk population of Africa to see fighters that look like them win. DDP winning and doing great things for Africa is great for Africa. All of the above are VERY REAL influential factors.

Well theres the issues of colonialism, apartheid, racism and slavery that probably need to be factored in..

Yeah, they do. Izzy, coming from a wealthy Yoruba family, is 100% a descendant of slave owners, and probably slave-traders too. That doesn't get talked about enough.

Because people want to make it about race. Get it? There's no race involved in a white Englishman calling a white American a fake Irishman. If Du Plessis was black there'd be no controversy for people to latch on to.
I'm willing to bet izzy wouldn't be half as angry either because he's a racist bastard deep down.
