regional gyms/lifter

    so i was just wondering if any s&p sherdoggers lived around my area or what not, i guess just post up your area and we'll all be cool?

    I go to the gold's on speedway...they recently switched to 24 hours which is cool.

    Someone told me the Boxing Inc. on Stone has some good shit for lifting, and they have kickboxing and MMA classes too, but I haven't checked it out yet.

    i went to boxing inc maxed for a little while, the got some ghetto shit but its good, but really since our golds gyms are 24 you should stick with them and check out de brazil if you like mma/bjj. boxing inc is like 75 a month and only open from like 6-8 or something gay ad closed sundays. golds gym 24/7 for $25 and de brazil is about 50 clams, also de brazil has much more structured classes and better technique, not to hate on boxing inc cause they got some great guys to, but the boxing class is like cardio boxing, the grappling and mma instructors are legit tho
