Some red haired people do tan, I've met quite a few redheads from Turkey and know a redhead thats from Tunisia. Its not as common, obviously, but its a thing.

There are day walkers who have read hair but dont freckle or get insanely pale. But if guys keep full heads of red hair, as they age in a lot of cases it'll look more sandy brown or auburn into their 30s-40s.

I Mean I have red blonde hair but I tan. Most non inbred gingers I've met tan. There's got to be a reason some of them just fry dealing with faulty genetics. There's the vitamin d thing and the pain thing but I would say it's just something we haven't evolved out of yet so they'd tend to be non athletic inside people
