they have reversed the decision to open the stadiums to a limited audience. letter today (dated august 13) mandating that all events must STILL BE CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC until further notice (no later than end of the month).

edit: boat petchyindee went live on facebook regarding this...he believes that the director of boxing has no passion for the sport and has never helped the industry and that he should resign before making things even worse for everybody. boat states that bars have been reopened and volleyball is allowed to be played in front of spectators but boxing is still closed off. rangsit has a capacity of 2,500 and they are working with the new normal to allow only 500 spectators (at 200thb entrance fee each) to adhere to the guidelines but they were still denied by the director. he called the director a disgrace to the sport and reiterated that he should resign and take on another position/duties.
