For sure. AFTER we get Petro vs SIttichai, lets not get distracted by the shiny objects. This is the fight we need, then everything else after.

Their MMA rooster roster is still pretty thin. Makes more sense for the Kickboxing fights to mix with the MMA ones. Just hope they fixed on cage/ring and mma/boxing gloves !

As a fan I would love it, so I can completely skip the MMA fights. But maybe from a business perspective is good to have those Kickboxing fights in the middle of the MMA cards.

Chattori-san just said on Twitter that Jonay Risco is also in...

Hope it's for the belt so 5 round or else it will only be a 3 round fight . Even a 3 round and extended round if draw would be nice .

It should definitely be five rounds IMO. Three rounds would be kind of a waste, regardless of who wins.

https://asianmma.com/sittichai-says-he-wants-to-fight-yodsanklai-petrosyan-and-superbon/

Sittichai wants a warm up fight before taking on any top guys. Understandable, but my worst fear is some random euro getting a shocking KO win out of nowhere and everything burns. I hope everything works out I've just been around fight sports long enough to be let down many times.

Nah with Sittichai's style he should have close to zero % chance getting kayoed VS random Euro. Let him smash a journeyman or two in Thailand and we can go back to making fun fights.

you can't say these things out loud man. you probably jinxed fate into Sittichai getting KTFOed by a stupid left hook from a random Russian guy.

Well RIP Glory. One is on their way to monopolizing Kickboxing.

70kg look sweet
just hope One dont pull Petmorrakot-Petrosyan shenanigans agian
then im down for any match of these guys

Marouan Toutouh asking for a contract on social media. Also signed Ismael Londt at HW.

ONE is clearly going towards a 16-man tournament

Something like this potentially :

Petrosyan
Superbon
Ozcan
Sitthichai
Sana
Risco
Kiria
Nattawut
Yodsanklai
Askerov
Kehl
Dzhaniev (?)
Akopyan (?)
Toutouh (?)
Phetmorakot (?)
Captain (?)

It's high level but not particularly young some guys are past their prime and could be replaced. Going after more guys like Chris Baya, Moiseev, Zuev, Pikeur to keep the roster alive after the GP would be nice. Allazov is obviously mandatory as soon as he's out of that Bellator contract. Same thing for the top Glory guys.
With Buakaw this would be tremendous in terms of clout.

I just hope they're not going to force old Souwer in just because of the name recognition.

I'm daydreaming obviously but ONE keeps surprising me. Money kinda falling from the sky with them for now. Big Singaporean investors really don't know what to do with their money thankfully for us lol

Sittichai has been a question mark for me in his last couple fights. Maybe his team noticed something we didn't but he has been more inactive over the last 2 years than any other part of his career at sitsongpeenong. Took 6 months to face Marat, lost and then took another 6 months to fight Tagayev which he didn't look good in. Now the worlds on lockdown and events have been cancelled I really don't know what to expect when he eventually makes his debut.

He really could just go in there and get knocked out like Yodsanklai. I wouldn't be surprised. I just hope we at least get to see the fight vs Petro which should of happened a while ago. Was leaning towards sittichai before because I thought Petro was ducking him but now I'm gonna lean towards Petro until Sittichai proves me otherwise. Good signing.

Didn't he have a hamstring injury? Kicks a lot less than he used to. Might be in order to please Glory judges aswell. But i've been saying that he was better in the past.

Maybe. Just hope he has enough left to at least show a bit of dominance in ONE.

Do you know if there are any plans for Yodwicha and Rittewada?

No idea. I thought Littewada was going to fight Nuenglanlek in Thailand a while ago

Moiseev (and Zuev) would be great additions, think they could and should get Moiseev too. Zuev is such a Kunlun guy I wonder if he'd jump just for a for a tournament contract.

Londt to me is a little...idk...weird signing somehow, unless they do a HW tournament, in which case he is a good guy to fill one of the slots. Just for fights in a regular running division somehow doesn't seem like a great fit in my mind.

Woooooow! Londt too? ONE takes over.

The 34-year-old is well-known to kickboxing fans around the world, previously competing in Superkombat, K-1, and GLORY.

Londt has faced some of the world’s top heavyweights during his career, including Badr Hari, Mirko “Cro-Cop” Filipovic, Jamal Ben Saddik, and Benjamin Adegbuyi.

He was the runner-up to Mirko “Cro-Cop at the 2012 K-1 World Grand Prix held in Zagreb, Croatia.

Londt also held a Superkombat title, and won a GLORY four-man contender tournament in 2016 with wins over Braddock Silva and Jahfarr Wilnis.

Formerly fighting out of the legendary Mike’s Gym, Londt now trains at the ARJ Training Center in Rotterdam, Netherlands.

After a two-year layoff, “Mr Pain” came back to win the four-man tournament at Mix Fight Championship 27 held in Frankfurt, Germany last December.

Londt knocked out Enver “Iron Bull” Sljivar and then defeated James McSweeney via TKO to claim the tournament title.
