their is not 8. your counting saki and ghita who have not fought in YEARS. saki just turned down the rico fight for may and badr is in jail. If there was 8 we would not be forced to watch rico fight ismael lazzar next

You are quite optimistic.
If they do that silly 4 Japanese vs. 4 foreigners thing, expect to see Koichi Pettas and a host of other washed up middleweights. Hey maybe they can grab Jaideep again.

Only finally just seen the Takeru fight, damn what a come back after such a groin shot!

 
I thought they were going to film him puking up close before they brought out the towels. Full of drama and a spectacular finish, as only a TAKERU fight could be.
 
This fight is technically in Thailand, but a FYI that Umeno Genji will be defending his Raja title on May 18th. Opponent is Sakmongkol Sor.Sommai.

Maybe I've seen him fight, but I don't know who this fighter is.

Umeno is a choke artist. I have no confidence in his ability to pull off a win outside of Japan. Heck he's lost all his fights in Thailand since 2010 or something.
 




He seems to have good knees but Genji's beaten much better fighters. If he does lose then Genji's inability to win outside of thailand will be unquestionable, I think his last two losses could come down to the fact that Yodlekpet and Seksan are both top tier fighters.
 
Kameda is fighting 4 cans with 10 million viewers on AbemaTV. K-1 has never got even close to this number....

Literally four guys with no boxing experience. They get 100K if they somehow beat Kameda.

Tenshin, incidentally, volunteered but got screened out.

Former gangster went the distance and technically tied with him. So good on him I guess.
