re: Question about reps

I always look forward to new posts from you, thanks a lot.

Great stuff as always.

I'd also be interested in reading a Wassung powered blog.

I for one vote for you to "clog up" the forums with your stories more often.
Maybe you could start a log in the training log forum?

Nice write up Keith... and that Inzer Belt really brings out the color in your eyes

Keith, you should hang out in the pub. We see you looking!

Since this is one of the rare times I see you frequent the board, let me extend my sincerest gratitude for your articles and advice.

Your overhead press article is my personal favorite, and definately helped me break through some plateus.

Thanks once again Keith for droppin some knowledge on our asses!

Sweet article Keith. The only thing I hate doing a lot of reps for is deadlifts.

pretty good, its been an interesting year, I dont want to clog up the training board with my life stories, I think I have done enough of that in the past.

I can assure you that any post made by yourself on these forums receives the utmost attention. I've read enough of your life stories to know that your experiences are invaluable to beginners such as myself. I don't like to beg, but I'd like to see more of you around. And this is a sentiment expressed my many of the members, on a nearly daily basis. :D

maybe I should start a blog
