The only struggle was from RDA back while getting slammed lol. You never watch that fight clearly lol. Khabib dominated RDA from bell to bell lol.

Sure but he faced a one dimensional fighter and got taken down. Jason high got him down and khabib.

I don't think his Tdd is amazing but it doesn't need to be. RDA fights five rounders now.

Guida was a top fighter back then, High is a D1 wrestler, and everyone gets taken down by Khabib. More over the Guida fight happened six years ago, while the High and Khabib fights happened 3 years ago. RDA is a different fighter, now.

He was with Evolve way before Kings. His stand up was pretty awful even a few years in to being with Evolve. Like I said it has been a process of evolution and a willingness and humbleness to seek out the training to improve.

Was laughable when a certain midget hunter was calling RDA the bum version of Aldo; when in fact it can be argued that his stand up is a hell of a lot more nuanced and tricky that Jose's. Had the fight gone through the midget hunter and his fans would have been shocked by What RDA can do standing.

Well the khabib fight and Jason high fight were in 2014. Closer to 2 years ago. Also the last time RDA faced anyone who was dead set on taking him down. I think RDA beats khabib in a 5 rounder though.

Very good breakdown of the unnoticed (for the most part) stand up skills that RDA has (very small part of his stand up arsenal. Spending that much time with world champion Muay Thai fighters at evolve has rubbed off a lot.)

I'm pretty convinced rda is gonna beat the shit outta alvarez. He is a fuckin destroyer. If alvarez decides to brawl he's gonna get put down, if he decides to try to grapple he's gonna get grapple fucked by rda. It doesn't matter bc alvarez will not dictate any aspect of the fight in my opinion. But all this makes it an interesting bet on alvarez if he wins, someone is gonna make some good ass money.
