I enjoy his fights, but he has some serious good luck that I think people are overlooking.

Fought an injured/out of shape Diaz.

Pettis eye socket breaks early in the 1st.

Avoids 5th round lawler due to robbie blowing out both knees.

And got a what I thought was a premature stoppage over Henderson (only by 2 or 3 punches)

His luck will run out. The guy is hittable. And like Rockhold, his chin will not abosorb powers hits. Just sayin'

There is no luck in mma my friend.

Just very dynamic.

Plus he got lucky and was 'injured' instead of getting KTFO by Conor McGregor.

He beat all of those guys fair and square and probably beats all of them clean even without the “lucky” injuries.

Except for Robbie. The feels won’t let me admit to that one.

Lost me at Pettis' eye socket breaks. Who was responsible for hurting Pettis? I don't think Pettis just collapsed with a freak eye socket injury a la Patrick Cote/Anderson Silva.

Already has ran out. The top 3 at LW already beat him. The elites of WW would too - Thompson, Colby, Tyron but he gets matches against has beens and nobodies. RDA is most overarted fighter in these forums IMO.

I'd pick Conor to beat him even.

I think Colby and Usman are real bad matchups for him. But I think he has a better chance than Colby and Usman to beat Woodley in one of those ironic, mma math type scenarios.

Stylistically Woodley is a bad matchup for Colby and Usman in that he negates there best skillset but RDA's pressure, volume and conditioning could prove problems for Tyron.

You weren't so lucky though. Ended up with shit for brains creating this retarded thread.

When Colby became "elite WW"? And when Lawler became a bum WW?

You need stop believing in rankings...

Lawyer was #1or #2 so no I dont believe in Rankings He's shop worn and barley beat Cerrone. Many had cerrone winning. Tyron finished him like nothing.

So RDA has special eye socket breaking powers and that wasn't a lucky result compared to any other punch?

Why does he not use these powers more often?

His performance vs Pettis was one of the best in the UFC history.

Even casually suggesting that Nate Diaz had a chance in that fight is laughable.

I'm not arguing that he wouldn't have won those fights anyway. Except for lawler also. I'm just saying he gets a lot of credit for those wins when the reality is that he was helped by lady luck.
